Atco Raceway’s vaunted “Super Saturday” is a leader in many classes of Competition all running on a one day outing. Bill Dutka took the final round win in Drag Radial as the hometown favorite with J&E Performance Racing Engines stoking the power behind this ride. Bill Dutka is a long time competitor in many classes at Atco, this is one sweet win for Bill.

The much awaited debut of Bill Mitchell’s Corvette was seen also that day. Mitchell is well known for his superb previous ride, a twin turbo Chevy S10. Bill Mitchell made the swap to the sleeker body over the course of a year or more, he also owns a repair shop just minutes away from Atco, good things should be coming soon from this team as they begin wringing it out on the area tracks. Bill and Wendy Mitchell are a couple of the most well know racing husband and wife teams in New Jersey.
