Eric LeFerriere had luck go his way on route to the final with Mike Murillo in an NMCA vs. NMRA final. After a round one opponent broke bye, Jim Monson bursting the intercooler losing water and coming up light on the scales in round two and a near miss accident as Frank Meshaw crossed the center line and went over on his roof in the semis one might say he had an easy road but the car runs very well and Laferriere put up a game race in the final with Murillo taking the win by about .06 at the stripe.
